What are the Vivvos products made from?
Vivvos is a vivid, vibrant and vivacious under?wear. Made from internationally sourced nylon and polyester spandex stretch microfiber fabrics, Vivvos looks and feels like you're not wearing underwear at all!
I see the word "Sensitive®" on your hangtag? What does that mean?
Sensitive® fabrics from Italy are a patented technology which construction results in a fifty percent reduction in thickness, allows for freedom of movement and maximum breathability. Also the factory's eco-sustainable commitment and the Made in Italy controlled origins of Sensitive® fabrics are a guarantee of the product's intrinsic value and ethical content.
What's up with the question mark in the middle of the word underwear?
Vivvos is fashionable enough to be worn as underwear or outerwear... wear it to the beach or poolside for sunbathing, and if you're daring enough, you can wear Vivvos wherever, whenever you'd like!
Does Vivvos under?wear have a cotton crotch?
No. All Vivvos styles are made from meticulously sourced Italian fabric, because, let's be honest, when cotton - anywhere - gets wet, it stays that way, and there's nothing comfortable about that at all! Vivvos fabrics' are performance fabrics that wicks moisture away from your body and dries several times faster than cotton.
What can I expect from the quality of Vivvos?
Vivvos is made in Canada, using gorgeous, world-class fabrics. Vivvos manufactures locally in Vancouver, which allows us to oversee the quality of our products, making sure that you're always getting top quality product.
How do I wash my under?wear?
Our fabrics are extremely durable, and easy care. We want you to enjoy them for a long time! Vivvos under?wear can be machine-washed, but please be nice to them! Use cool water, no bleach, and then hang them to dry (or drape them over the shower rod) and don't iron them (who irons underwear anyways?). They are ideal for traveling - wash by hand, (don't let them soak to protect the vivid colours), wring gently, and they won't take long to dry.. Also, if you're daring to wear your Vivvos under?wear to the beach or poolside, try and stay out of the water – the salt and chlorine could damage the fabric eventually.
Which size should I order?
Vivvos under?wear fits true to size, so you'll never find a pair that says it's a medium acting more like a small. (If you ever do, please let us know right away and we'll make it right.)

What about sizing?
The fabric does expand and retract with your curves, so you can expect a little bit of give in your under?wear. Vivvos small typically fits size 0-4, medium fits 6-10 and large fits 12-14. Choose based on your body type and your preferences.
Are your products sold in stores?

Will your prints change? Will there be different prints available?
Our goal is to keep our products as unique and exclusive as possible with limited amounts of each print being produced. If you see a print that you love, please don’t delay in ordering. We can not guarantee how long they will be available, or if they will be re- introduced! Our family of prints will be ever-changing so please check back for future designs on a regular basis.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. Vivvos products are priced in Canadian Dollars. If you want to order offline please contact us at 1-888-4-VIVVOS. Your card is only charged once your items are shipped.
What's your return policy?
Our main goal at Vivvos is to make sure you're happy. We will be pleased to replace any item that does not fit or arrives defective. Just return the item with original packaging and tags attached. Your shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact us anytime with any concerns.
What do you charge for shipping?
Vivvos offers free shipping in North America not including Hawaii and Alaska. Please e-mail us for shipping rates for international orders. Please be aware that there may be additional charges for duties and taxes when orders are shipped out of Canada. We have no control over these costs and can't predict what they may be.
Sales items are shipped at $5.00 per order but if you include a regularly priced item, then shipping will be free as set out above. Sales items are final sales and therefore are not returnable. Shipping will take place either the same day the order is placed or the next day. Orders will typically arrive 4 days within Canada and 5 – 7 days within the United States. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any shipping concerns.
